Cadair Idris is one of our favourite mountains here at Vinyl Bear and Cymru Wear. It’s always a lot quieter than then it bigger brother Yr Wyddfa and with just as stunning views at the summit looking out over the other mountains in Snowdonia plus the coast line of Wales, on a clear sunny day can see for miles!!
With various routes up the mountain every hike up there is different, we’ve even mountain biked up there which is a bit of a slog but the descent does make it worth it even if it over far too soon.
