Tryfan is one of favourite mountains in the UK and the fifteenth highest mountain in Wales and was voted Britains favourite Mountain. With it’s classice peak you can point out Tryfan quite easily and it’s hard to argue against the people of Britians choice, if you know your routes and don’t have too much time to spare it can be a nice quick hike/scramble. Everytime we go up the North Face we seem to unknowingly pick a different scramble which is always fun, and if you are unsure of the scrambles (which can be a bit hairy at times) there is a nice gradual hike up the other side with just a bit of scrambling at the very top to get you to Adam and Eve. If you want to make a full day of it you can easily link the mountain up to the rest of the Glyders which again presents you with a off world experience with its jagged rocks pertruding out of the Earth.
